A few decades ago, when our culture wasn’t so modernized the participation of womens in sports related activity or other business other than household chores was not favoured by the society. Infact, women were bounded to cooking, washing clothes and doing other domestic works. But, gradually as the time passed by and people began developing rationalism and sense of equality they stopped criticising the participation of women in co-curricular activities and sports. As a result, the involvement of women folk started increasing in the sports and more women and girls choose their carrer in the field of sports.

Beginning with PT Usha, former track and field athlete of India who bagged several medals for India in various international championships setted up an example for numerous girls of our nation which surely increased the involvement of girls in the athletics as well as other sports too.

But, the real glory was brought by Karnam Malleswari when she won the Bronze Medal for her nation in 69 kg category weightlifting at 200 Sydney Olympics. That was really a proud moment for all of us and it became special because the medal was won by a woman for the Ist time in an olympic event.

After that historic moment, Indian women never looked back on their past, the participation of women not only started increasing at international level but also they started winning and beating the top class athletes worldwide.

Saina Nehwal, Ashwini Ponappa and Jwala Hutta ate a few names who won several badminton championships beating the top class shuttlers of China and Japan. Of ,course, how could one forget the historic moment of Saina winning Bronze at London Olympics and P.V Sindhu winning silver at Rio Olympics 2016. These girls suddenly changed the Badminton history of India.

Deepa Karmakar, a well known gymnast of India also bagged silver in 2016 Rio Olympics and become the first Indian to bring home a medal in Gymnastics at olympics level.

Geeta, Babita Phogat are two those Indian wrestlers who never let their opponent winning on the mat. These two girls are now renowned as the “Dangal” girls of India only because of their hardwork and sporting spirit.

Harmanpreet Kaur, Anjuma Chopra, Mithali Raj are those women cricketers who have won several matches for India beating the tough opponents like Australia and England.

Ritu Rani a famous women hockey player is one of the quickest players on the hockey field and has contributed in the upliftment of women hockey in India.

How can one forget Hinna Das, who has recently made history inTamperence by clinching Gold Medal in 400m under-20 IAAF championship with things in 51 sec.

There are many other names too, which clearly shows that participation of women in sports is increasing day by day in our country . It has also helped in increasing the women empowerment in our nation and has vanished the orthodox thinking of the people. This increase of participation of women in sports will help our nation to develop a good competition at international level too and hence, we would do better in future at olympic games.

 

Finally my dream come true, I was going to a trip outside our city . I have never been to any place outside the city before . But it has been my dream Since childhood to travel or visit any place outside the city and finally i was going on a school trip to “Jim Corbett Park” in Uttarakhand . When it was finalled by my parents that i am going,  the feeling at that time can’t be expressed I was above the world excited . For me it was not just a school trip but the chance to create memories for rest of my life and live the life which only i have dreamed for .

The day with full of excitement and i was little bit  agitated,  after the packing for the trip we procceded for our destination. In our volvo we all were shouting , singing , clicking pictures . In between we took a stop for dinner at Haveli . When we all were done with dinner we again moved and when we again sat in bus we all were tired and sleepy and then we slept . And that was an auspicious day in morning we reached our final destination. The weather was really breathtaking and the fresh air was coming from the trees .

Our three night two days  stay was arranged in a Resort which was located in  Ramnagar.Our resort was located in the middle of the jungle with all surplus facilites. The food there was very hygienic and delecious .Our group enjoyed the luxuries comforts of the Resort at most. The very first day passed with being familiar to the place and performing  some activites. We all schoolmates were very much satisfied with the  luxury arrangement in the premises of resort. Me and my friends decided to take bath at swimming pool where we enjoyed a lot .In the meanwhile  one of my friend was capturing all the sweet memories in my camera .After that we went for the lunch where we enjoyed the delecious food. Later on after taking some rest  we left for local sightseeing with some locals to guide us. It was a unique experience in enjoying the scenic beauty of Jim Corbett.

On the next day we planned for  Jeep Safari Ride in search of  the wildlife of the wild jungle. We were waiting for our turn since 10:00 am but  our turn came at 12 pm . we all friends with our sports teacher and jeep  driver named  Mr. Narender went to the Jungle area of the zone. We all students were divided into groups of 5 student and soon Mr. Narender became familiar with our teammates. we first came up against with a old  giant elephant. Literally, he came in front of our Jeep which was really a frightened moment. We went in the more deep  jungle of Ramnagar in jim corbett in search of  Tiger but didn’t spotted any Tiger. I was visualizing the nature blessed with densed vegetation of  forest which is not seen in Delhi.

I recalled all the facts about the Jim Corbett jungle which i have listened before going to the trip and found them all true. Because it was my first trip and that too with  wildlife  I fully enjoyed the greenery and Natural ammenties at most.  Unfortunately we could not spot any Royal Bengal Tiger  but we were able to identify dear , turtle and monkeys in the jungle. After two hour of audacious ride we came back to our destination  . And took  rest for few hours to get charged again. In the  evening  we were busy in packing because it was our last night as we have to leave for Delhi .  After doing the packing we had delicious dinner at the resort and in the night we ended the day by singing and talking, at the Bonfire. We had great memories . We enjoyed our trip to the best .

And the next morning, we were not willing to go back home but we had to. So finally we left for our homes. This was the most memorable experience that i had with my friends on the school trip .

If I get a chance I would like to visit this wonderful place again.

The movie interstellar is a science fiction in which some NASA scientist are on a mission in search of a life on other planet as earth is on the way of extinction. This movie turns the mysteries of the universe into a cinematic playground

The main character of the movie are Cooper who was a pilot for  NASA earlier and now a farmer by occupation, Murph daughter of cooper she is very curious and passionate about astronomy and becomes a scientist later on. Tom cooper son he is not too good at academics and chose farming as a occupation later on. Donald is cooper father in law he is blunt to cooper and dies when cooper was on miller planet . Professor John Brand, he is leader at NASA and was trying to solve a equation on gravity when cooper and his team was on mission . Dr. Amelia Brand, she is professor brand  daughter and a brave and intelligent women. Romilly , she is a NASA astronaut  and was on mission with cooper.

Now lets begin with the movie . The movie starts with the scene when murph sees the unusual activity in her room of falling of book in her room and this scene make her beleive in ghost. This scene generates curiosity to know the truth behind reality and grabs attention of the veiwers . This scene is the turning point of the movie.

Now one more intresting thing in the movie is that cooper murph’s father started his career as a pilot in NASA and now he is a farmer by occupation due to certain reasons . This implies that there are various opportunities for one in life . It’s not necessary that if one start his career in one feild will end up with that only.  In the meanwhile cooper got to know about the nasa coordinates by help of binary codes given by some unusual activity in murph room and reached the located destination . At this moment cooper has no fear that can stop him reaching there. this shows that cooper was a brave man and was passionate to know the secret behind the binary code secrets.

Cooper at NASA was asked to go on a mission  along with interstellar travel in search of life in other galaxy and he accepted it without thinking about its consequences that he and his family may face during his mission . It was also not sure that would he will return back or not but he was passionate about his mission and did all sacrifices to help mankind. Cooper decided to go and leave his family which was very difficult for murph that why is he going . Murph tried his best to persuade him not to go and was very sad when his father left them . from this scene we conclude the very strong relation specially between Cooper and Murph.  and murph could not overcome from this as she never sent signal to her father except once when she become of her dad age.

Leading ahead this story introduces with many scientific terms like wormhole, blackhole, string theory , time delation and many more which make this movie favourite for those who loves to know about universe and belive in life on another galaxy.

one more thing that is highlighted in this movie is the time difference between earth and the other galaxy. according to which one hour spent on other planet is equal to 7 years spent on earth which is a huge gap.  In the meantime when cooper war on the mission his children sends him video . which seems to be very emotional from both sides.The scene in which Cooper watches the video of Murph as she grows old is one of the most emotional scene.

The scene of space are so detailed and seems to be real with good graphics which seems to feel like as you are in space.

At last everything goes well the team finally collected the data somehow to murph after professor Brand death and she is able to solve the gravity equations . also due to delay in time when cooper reached earth back he was as young as he was when he left for the mission. But her daughter was about to die. Also he entered into a five dimension world which was all possible because of all the scientists who sacrifices their comfort to find gravity equation and saved earth from extinction.
